Goals of the session are to position Borgess to be the best place
for patients and a great place to work by introducing a model
of accountability. This model will be used to explain specific
behaviors, things that you can do that will enable you to practice
accountability and teach others how to do the same. Participants
will then apply these concepts to exemplify a culture of accountability
in their own work setting.
Offered to BMC and BPHC management staff in June 2004
Provides fundamental content about management at Borgess and
is mandatory (one time) for BMC Managers
