Description

This one hour DiSC Review is available to in-tact teams by request. Participants will begin by organizing phrases about DiSC characteristics into the appropriate categories during a fast-paced, fun activity. This is followed by a discussion of:

• which of these characteristics are associated with which DiSC profile
• a general review of the overt behaviors seen in the different profiles
• review of the team's composite profile

All participants should have previously completed the Introduction to DiSC class.

Supports the mandatory educatoin and is required for BMC Managers every other year, starting one year after the related Core class/workshop has been completed.
