Description

DiSC is an instrument/model that provides feedback on behavioral tendencies and preferences at work. We use it to explore the impact individual style preferences may have on others within the work place. This knowledge can be used to communicate and solve problems more effectively. (The session includes completion of the DiSC instrument).

Provides fundamental content about management at Borgess and is mandatory (one time) for BMC Managers.
