This one-day workshop will enable participants to identify and understand behavior patterns to more effectively communicate with and manage people. This program is based on the DiSC Personality Profile and the Situational Leadership II model. Participants should bring their DiSC booklet to class. Provides fundamental content about management at Borgess and is mandatory (one time) for BMC Managers. |
