Description

This workshop uses the materials and manual from the Blanchard Leadership Bridge Workshop to review the principles of DiSC and Situational Leadership and the selection of an appropriate Leadership model. Discussion and scenarios will be used to practice the application of these principles

Participants should have previously completed the Leadership Bridge Workshop and the DiSC program. They will need to bring their DiSC instrument and their Leadership Bridge Participant Workbook to this workshop.

This class supports the mandatory education and is required for BMC Managers every other year, starting one year after the related Core class/workshop has been completed
