Communication is at the core of working with others. This workshop will explore the role that communication plays in good teamwork and steps that a leader can take to optimize communication with and within the team. The impact of DiSC styles on communication will also be reviewed.

Previous completion of Leading a Team Part 1, Leadership Bridge and DiSC Introduction will also be required because content from those workshops will be built upon during this series.
