This workshop will provide fundamental information about the stages of team development, characteristics of a high performing team, how to assess group dynamics, and the appropriate combination of supportive and directive behaviors that a leader should use in specific situations to enhance teamwork. A variety of exercises and activities will reinforce the application of the content.

Attendance at this program is required before attending any of the other programs in the series.

Previous completion of Leadership Bridge and DiSC Introduction will also be required because content from those workshops will be built upon during this series.
