| Description | This workshop will teach the project management tools required to successfully manage moderately complex projects. The Franklin Covey model will be used to teach identifying expectations, clarifying the project vision, creating an implementation plan, monitoring progress and evaluating the project's success. All processes, skills, and tools taught will be reinforced through an interactive case study exercise. |
