| Description | One on one coaching on Project Management that covers the mechanics required to successfully manage moderately complex projects. The Franklin Covey model will be used to teach identifying expectations, clarifying the project vision, creating an implementation plan, monitoring progress and evaluating the project’s success. All processes, skills and tools should be reinforced through an actual project that the participant is developing. |
