These classes/workshops provide fundamental content about management at Borgess. Mandatory (one time) for Managers. Includes New Manager Orientation, Leadership Bridge, DiSC Introduction & Accountability 1.

 

Supports the mandatory education and is required for Managers every other year, starting one year after the related Core class/workshop has been completed. Includes DiSC Review, Leadership Bridge Review and Customer Service.

 

Required annually by managers. Gallup Q12 General Session
