Depending
on the size and scope of the event you are supporting, each defined
role may be filled by single or multiple team members. For a smaller
event a single team member may fill multiple roles. For example,
production is defined into two categories: physical and electronic.
One person may easily fill both of these roles for a smaller event.
A
valuable knowledge worker is one who may specialize in one or two
of these areas but is competent in, capable of and willing to fill
all or most of these roles at any given time. Each team member should
have an overall understanding of the needs of the client and how
each of these roles work together to facilitate the maximum experience
and result for the participants.
