The level of capture agreed upon
by the facilitation team will determine the size of the documentation
team.
One or two knowledge workers will
capture a typed synthesis of participant's dialog, key words and/or
phrases. A second documenter allows editing time for each team member
during the event. Otherwise, editing must be done after the event,
and between the sessions requiring documentation.
A second documenter may also assist
with capturing hypertile entries into the text during a graphic
intensive report out.
