meals

  • connect with the pf to receive the 'go ahead' for sending participants to meals
  • coordinate sending participant teams to meals, setting up tables, straightening areas, and bussing tables as needed.

setting chairs for a radiant room

  • Radiant Room chairs are set up and numbers adjusted immediately as participants are added or deleted
  • configure the layout in the Radiant Room to support the type of discussion (auditorium, circle, horseshoe, etc.)

circle up

  • set up KreW circle-up chairs before and after each day as needed

wrap up/reset

  • ensure the space is reset to NavCenter standards when the KreW is finished with post event activities and leaves the environment the final time.
