careful to 'lift' properly when handling tables and stacks

clips to lock table top to the legs

not drag tables on the carpet when moving
- once
breakout areas are set, check the lighting based on the
viewpoint of the participants sitting in chairs around the
table
- adjust
lights to illuminate WorkWalls in the breakout areas and
in the Radiant Room

freshness of wall markers

markers, wipes, and water/alcohol bottles consistently on
all the WorkWalls
- inventory
hypertile kits and keep them refreshed as necessary (an
inventory list is taped to the underside of the kit's lids)

an eye on the supply of papered and unpapered hypertiles.
Connect with production team to help maintain a supply that
will support the design of the event.

the environment throughout the event so that the space never
loses a quality of newness and vitality
- be
prepared to reconfigure the space as the number and size
of participant teams changes, or as certain exercises or
modules create different demands
- connect
with the entire KreW to recruit assistance for a big environment
shift

distributing
assignments and supplies
- be
prepared to assist the pf in handing out assignments, hypertiles,
hypertile kits, and the "How to Use Your Hypertile" instruction
sheet

meals
- connect
with the pf to receive the 'go ahead' for sending participants
to meals
- coordinate
sending participant teams to meals, setting up tables, straightening
areas, and bussing tables as needed.

- Radiant
Room chairs are set up and numbers adjusted immediately
as participants are added or deleted
- configure
the layout in the Radiant Room to support the type of discussion
(auditorium, circle, horseshoe, etc.)

up KreW circle-up chairs before and after each day as needed

up/reset
- ensure
the space is reset to NavCenter standards when the KreW
is finished with post event activities and leaves the environment
the final time.
