The
knowledge wall and research requirements for an event can be maintained
by one knowledge worker; however, the initial preparation, design,
and assembly of the knowledge wall may involve a team of knowledge
workers including someone from the graphics team and others team
members inclined to contribute. Sponsors often play an important
role in contributing information pertinent to the participants work.
The
knowledge worker team should be aware that the knowledge wall can
become a long process and offer all assistance to make the wall
event ready. A knowledge worker offering to wield a pair of scissors
for an hour is a welcome gift to the knowledge management team.
