One
process facilitator works for an event of almost any size. Two knowledge
workers co-process facilitating may be desired if a knowledge worker
is learning the pf role, or if the products to be produced after
the event are considerable. Two pfs splitting the duties may make
the work flow more smoothly but they must communicate with each
other and the front of the room facilitator to ensure that the KreW
has a clear understanding of what is expected of them to support
the event and the participants.
