This
team may consist of one to three knowledge workers. Due to the activity
and volume of production during larger events one team member should
always remain in the production area leaving the other one or two
available to assist on other teams for short periods.
Smaller
events may allow a single person to fill the production role while
also assisting other team members in other roles.
