The
process facilitator (PF) acts as the central point of communication
for the knowledge worker team. This role begins at the planning
stage when the event's KreW is chosen, throughout the event and
post-production of any journal and/or work product. The PF facilitates
the activities of the knowledge worker team so that they may in
turn facilitate the participant's experience effectively.
The
Symbolism of Camelot
Process
Facilitation
The
captain acts as the process facilitator on Camelot. He must be in
tune with his surroundings at all times. The captain must pay close
attention to all of his navigation tools and the many aspects of
nature as well. One wrong move could have devastating consequences,
which range from running aground to loss of the vessel. As in a
design session, the captain must make adjustments to accommodate
change.
