Dear Fellow Member of Borgess Management: Welcome to Borgess! Whether you are new to Borgess or have been employed here in another role, I am pleased to welcome you to your new responsibilities. We believe that management plays an important role in creating the work environment that helps make it possible for Borgess to achieve its mission and goal to be the best place for patients. In turn, we believe that it is the responsibility of us all to support management so you can excel at your job. In order to assist you in your transition to Borgess, we have designed an orientation program especially for new management staff. This program complements general employee orientation by providing additional opportunities for you to learn about management responsibilities, roles, and resources at Borgess. Your orientation program consists of the following:
