Models from the MGTaylor Corporation are often used during NavCenter events. One of the most frequently used models is Scan, Focus, Act. You may not realize it, but this model is one that we all use in our daily lives. For example, when you want to go on vacation you do some research on various places you want to visit (Scan). Then you review your choices, prioritize them and begin to form your itinerary (Focus). Finally you set your itinerary, make your reservations and get ready to have fun (Act).
