Context: General Strategic Planning Module Follows Scenario Development

All Teams: same assignment using a graphic model

[The "graphic model" provided is a synthesis graphic documentation , of the type that we often do in events].

We will provide you with a graphic model. Your first assignment is to take about 10 minutes and assess this model. What does the model communicate? What was the problem this team was addressing, and what was their solution?

Then, take an hour and build a model of the future, based on the global scenario you just developed. Explore best case and worst case conditions, and define your preferred case future state. Prepare your design team report in the form of a graphic presentation on one of the portable work walls provided.
